The DMD-T880X is an 8-inch Android 14 navigation tablet developed specifically for motorcycle use. As the updated successor to the T865X, it combines a high-brightness display with 8GB RAM, 5G connectivity, eSIM support, dual-band GPS and a 40MP rear camera.

DMD2 comes pre-installed, fully unlocked and lifetime activated. With the Google Play Store, the device also gives you access to the Android ecosystem and the navigation apps you want to use while riding.

8″ High-Brightness Navigation Display

The 8-inch IPS display offers a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels and more than 1300 nits of brightness. DMD uses thick high-clarity glass for improved visibility during outdoor navigation.

Android 14 & DMD2

The DMD-T880X runs Android 14 and includes the Google Play Store, allowing you to install the Android applications you want to use while riding.

DMD2 is pre-installed, fully unlocked and lifetime activated. Three configurable hardware buttons can be assigned to functions such as launching apps or locking and unlocking touchscreen input.

Dual-Band GPS

The integrated navigation system supports GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO with dual-band L1 + L5. DMD specifies GPS precision of ≤ 2 metres. A connection for an external GPS antenna is also available.

5G, eSIM & Expanded Performance

Compared with the T865X, the updated DMD-T880X adds a faster CPU/GPU, 8GB RAM, 5G network support, eSIM support, improved dual-frequency GPS and an upgraded 40MP autofocus rear camera.

Motorcycle Power & Connectivity

The internal power circuit supports 12V–24V, so no external power converter is required. The supplied harness connects directly to the motorcycle's 12V system and provides connections for the holder, rear connector and an optional compatible wired handlebar controller.

Power and handlebar-controller data are routed to both the holder and rear connector. Depending on the holder configuration, the device can therefore use the holder connection, the rear screw-type connection or both.

Three Holder Options

• Road Holder: For motorcycle road and adventure use. Includes charging pins and also allows charging via the rear screw-type connection.
• Off-Road Holder: Heavy-duty holder for motorcycle off-road use. It has no charging pins; the device is powered through the rear screw-type connection.
• Car Holder: For use in cars, 4×4 vehicles and overlanders. Includes charging pins and is powered via USB Type-C.
