1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and business relationships with MotoNavAdventure GmbH.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion

Product listings are non-binding.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in CHF including VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are charged separately.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified address.

Further provisions regarding shipping and delivery are defined on the respective page in the online shop.

5. Warranty

The seller warrants that products are free from defects at delivery.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, wear or external factors is excluded.

Mobile Network and Voice Function (VoLTE)

Devices with SIM support are primarily designed for navigation and data communication.

Voice calls require VoLTE and carrier approval.

No guarantee is given for voice call functionality.

Mobile data communication remains unaffected.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain property of MotoNavAdventure GmbH until fully paid.

8. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office.
