Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through MotoNavAdventure.com.

MotoNavAdventure GmbH currently delivers exclusively within Switzerland.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout and depend on the size, weight and value of the order.

Shipping charges are calculated to cover shipping, handling and import-related costs incurred by MotoNavAdventure GmbH.

Many of the products offered on MotoNavAdventure.com are sourced from suppliers located within the European Union. Import shipments to Switzerland incur transportation, customs clearance and handling charges, which are reflected in our shipping rates.

3. Delivery Area

Orders are delivered only to addresses located within Switzerland.

Orders with delivery addresses outside Switzerland will not be accepted.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times shown on the website are non-binding estimates and are provided for guidance only.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, transportation services and other factors beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, products available from our suppliers are generally delivered within approximately 10 business days.

In the event of delivery delays, the customer shall first grant MotoNavAdventure GmbH a reasonable additional period for performance. Mandatory rights under Swiss law remain reserved.

5. Partial Deliveries

MotoNavAdventure GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries where reasonable and appropriate.

No additional shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer solely because an order is shipped in multiple consignments.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer shall inspect the delivered goods promptly upon receipt.

Any visible transport damage, missing items or delivery errors should be reported to MotoNavAdventure GmbH without undue delay.

7. Transfer of Benefit and Risk

Benefit and risk pass to the customer upon receipt of the goods, unless mandatory Swiss law provides otherwise.

8. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays

MotoNavAdventure GmbH shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, natural disasters, governmental measures, strikes or other force majeure events.

Mandatory claims under Swiss law remain unaffected.
