Shipping Conditions for MotoNavAdventure.com

Shipping fees reflect actual import costs from the EU, starting at EUR 23.00 and based on weight. They are calculated without profit — MotoNavAdventure does not earn from these charges!

1. Scope

These shipping conditions apply to the purchase and shipping of goods from the online offer of MotoNavAdventure.com.
We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. Shipments to countries outside of Switzerland, including the European Union, are not available at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

(2.1) The shipping costs for deliveries within Switzerland are calculated based on the weight and size of the shipment and are displayed as flat rates at checkout.
(2.2) Our shipping fees also reflect the actual import costs we incur when receiving goods from the European Union. These freight forwarding charges – starting at EUR 23.00 per delivery and increasing with shipment weight – are not included in the product prices and are not marked up.
(2.3) Instead of hiding these costs in higher product prices, we show them transparently during checkout as part of the shipping fee. This way, you only pay what the transport and import actually cost – no more, no less.
(2.4) Our goal is to offer fair and transparent pricing without profiting from shipping fees. We continuously seek the most cost-effective and reliable logistics options for our customers.


3. Customs and Import Fees

(3.1) Since we only deliver within Switzerland, no additional customs duties or import fees apply to your order.
(3.2) Should we begin international shipping in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
(3.3) MotoNavAdventure.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures related to our own import process.


4. Delivery Times

(4.1) Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination within Switzerland and will be shown during the ordering process.
(4.2) If the ordered goods are available from our suppliers, the standard delivery time within Switzerland is up to 10 working days.
(4.3) MotoNavAdventure GmbH is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or freight forwarder.


5. Shipping Methods

We work with various trusted carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.


6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment online.


7. Damaged Deliveries

In the event of a damaged delivery, please report the damage to us within 5 working days of receiving the goods to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
