Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, documentation, tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return request has been approved, the goods may be returned at the buyer's expense to the following address:

All products are sold with a bring-in warranty. Unless otherwise required by mandatory Swiss law, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping goods to MotoNavAdventure GmbH. This also applies to products returned for warranty evaluation, repairs, inspection of reported defects, exchanges, or returns under this policy.

Items returned without prior authorization and approval of the return request will not be accepted.

Please note that a return handling fee of CHF 20.00 will be deducted from any refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

In cases of significant use, damage, missing accessories, missing packaging, or reduced resale value, only up to 50% of the purchase price may be refunded.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item, subject to approval of the return, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Customer Data and Device Content

Customers are solely responsible for backing up and removing any personal data, accounts, applications, passwords, security credentials and other content stored on a device before sending it to MotoNavAdventure GmbH.

Repair, inspection, diagnostic or warranty procedures may require access to the device, software updates, factory resets, replacement of components or complete replacement of the device.

MotoNavAdventure GmbH accepts no liability for the loss, alteration, disclosure or corruption of data, applications, settings or user-generated content stored on a device submitted for inspection, repair, warranty evaluation or replacement.

Where possible, customers should remove all personal data and perform a factory reset before shipping a device to MotoNavAdventure GmbH.

Applicable Law

All purchases made through MotoNavAdventure.com are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable Swiss law remain unaffected.
